お客様の抱える課題の解決を、パートナーとしてお手伝いします。調査・企画からデザイン・設計、制作・施工、運営まで空間を媒体としたコミュニケーションのあらゆるフェーズでサポート。お客様のニーズにあわせてディスプレイの総合提案を致します。

Q.業務対応エリアは関東圏だけですか

国内（関東以外）であれば名古屋・大阪・福岡といった主要都市での仕事が多く、幅広く手がけております。

Q.語学力が活かせますか

当社がサポートするクライアントは国内企業はもちろん、外資企業もあります。その対応の中で、語学力を活かしていく機会があろうかと思います。

Q. Can you tell us about your job?

As a partner, we assist our clients in solving the challenges they face. We support every phase of communication using space as a medium, from research and planning to design, production, construction, and operation. We provide comprehensive display proposals tailored to our clients’ needs.

Q. Is the service provided only in Kanto areas?

In Japan, outside of the Kanto region, we handle a wide range of projects in major cities such as Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

Q. Can I utilize my language skills?

Our clients include both domestic and foreign companies. In supporting them, there will be opportunities to utilize your language skills.

社内の雰囲気は明るく、若手社員と中堅社員のコミュニケーションもよくとれています。ただ、ディスプレイ業という仕事は厳しい時間管理と集中力が必要なため、普段話しやすくフランクな人も、仕事になると表情も引き締まり、厳しい顔になります。

Q. What is the company culture like?

The atmosphere in the company is cheerful, and there is good communication between young and mid-level employees. However, the display business requires strict time management and concentration, so even those who are usually easy to talk to and friendly become serious and focused when it comes to work.

Q.部署異動はありますか

勤務されている方全てに異動の可能性はあります。年度毎の計画等により全社・各部門における人的バランスを考慮して人事配置が決定されます。

Q.転勤・出張はありますか

転勤については、ほぼありません。出張はあります。

Q.休日・休暇はどの程度ありますか

休日：完全週休２日（土・日）、祝日、年末年始休暇：夏季、有休、慶弔

Q.研修制度はありますか

まず入社後に研修があります。内容は、ビジネスマナーからディスプレイ業界の基礎知識など、業務に必要な知識やスキルを習得します。配属後はOJTで経験を積んでいただきます。

Q.女性が活躍できる職場ですか

業務内容は性別に関係なく、管理職の女性社員も多くいます。部署を問わず女性社員が活躍しています。

Q.Are there any departmental transfers?

All employees may be subject to transfers. Personnel assignments are determined based on annual plans and other factors, considering the personnel balance across the entire company and within each department.

Q. Are there any transfers or business trips required?

Relocation is rarely required, but business trips are common.

Q. How many hollidays and vacations do you offer?

Holidays: Two days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
Vacations: Summer, paid leave, special leave for celebrations or condolences.

Q. Is there any training program?

First, there is a training after joining the company. This includes business etiquette, basic knowledge of the display industry, and other skills necessary for the job. After being assigned to a department, you will gain experience through on-the-job training (OJT).

Q. Can women play an active role in this workplace?

The work content is not related to gender, and there are many female employees in management positions.
Female employees are active throughout the departments.

We are looking for individuals who can think for themselves and act proactively, independently, and with initiative.

Q. Please tell us more about the selection process.

We conduct document screening, multiple interviews, and written and aptitude tests.

Q. Where does the selection process take place?

In principle, the selection process is conducted at the head office, but if the applicant is located far away, the first interview and written aptitude test may be conducted remotely.

You can apply if you meet the eligibility requirements. However, you must take the examination in Japan during the selection period.
